Common use of Paid Bereavement Leave Clause in Contracts

Paid Bereavement Leave. (a) A Regular employee shall be granted THREE (3) days leave of absence without loss of wages or benefits on the death of a member of the employee's immediate family. Additional leave with pay up to TWO (2) days, as required, shall be granted when travel is required.
