OVERTIME MEAL COMPENSATION. Overtime Meal Compensation shall be provided in accordance with Personnel Rule 3.6. C-7.1 CALLBACK PAY- When an hourly employee is called back to work after the end of his or her normal workday or on a scheduled day off, the minimum compensation shall be for 2 hours. Call back pay is effective once the employee arrives at the worksite. C-8.1 STANDBY PAY – Standby pay shall be provided in accordance with Personnel Rule 3.8.

OVERTIME MEAL COMPENSATION. Effective upon ratification of this Agreement, when an FLSA eligible employee is specifically directed by the City to work two (2) hours or longer at the end of the employee’s normal work shift of at least eight (8) hours or work two (2) hours or longer at the end of the employee’s work shift of at least eight (8) hours or when the employee is called into work on the employee’s regular day off , or otherwise works under circumstances for which meal reimbursement is authorized per Ordinance 111768 and the employee purchases a meal away from their place of residence as a result of such additional hours of work, the employee shall be reimbursed for the cost of such a meal in accordance with Seattle Municipal Code (SMC) 4.20.

  • Overtime Compensation (a) Overtime worked shall be compensated at the following rates:

  • Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.

  • Overtime Meal Employees requested to work more than two (2) hours overtime after completion of their regular shift, will be given one-half (1/2) hour on Company time to eat their lunch and will be given seven dollars ($7.00) meal money.

  • Final Compensation Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS prior to January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during twelve (12) consecutive months of employment. Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS on or after January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during thirty-six (36) consecutive months of employment.

  • Overtime Eligibility and Compensation Employees are eligible for overtime compensation under the following circumstances:

  • PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.
