Overtime-Eligible Employees. A. Work in excess of forty (40) hours in one (1) standard work week constitutes overtime for over-time eligible employees. Use of paid time off does not count as time worked when calculating overtime. Overtime work must be requested by the employee and pre-approved by the Employer prior to working overtime.
