Other Letter of Credit Fees. In addition to the LC Issuance Fees, Borrower shall pay to Agent, for the sole benefit of Issuing Bank, other standard reasonable fees of Issuing Bank for drawings under, transfers of and amendments to any Letter of Credit and other administrative actions performed by Issuing Bank in connection with any Letter of Credit, payable at such times and in such amounts as are consistent with Issuing Bank's standard fee policy at the time of such amendment or other action.
Other Letter of Credit Fees. Borrower shall pay to Letter of Credit Issuer such Letter of Credit Issuer's other customary fees for issuance, amendment, or renewal of a Letter of Credit and, as Letter of Credit Issuer and Borrower may agree with respect to each Letter of Credit, for each negotiation of a draft drawn under such Letter of Credit.
Other Letter of Credit Fees. In connection with the Letters of Credit, and in addition to the Letter of Credit Fees, the Company and the applicable Account Party shall pay, for the sole account of the Issuing Bank, standard documentation, administration, payment and cancellation charges assessed by Issuing Bank or its Issuing Office, at the times, in the amounts and on the terms set forth or to be set forth from time to time in the standard fee schedule of Issuing Office in effect from time to time.
Other Letter of Credit Fees. Reseller shall pay to Letter of Credit Issuer such Letter of Credit Issuer’s other customary fees for issuance, amendment, or renewal of a Letter of Credit and, as Letter of Credit Issuer and Reseller may agree with respect to each Letter of Credit, for each negotiation of a draft drawn under such Letter of Credit.
Other Letter of Credit Fees. The Company shall reimburse Holder --------------------------- on demand by Holder for all (i) letter of credit fees charged by the Bank to Holder or its affiliates on the undrawn amount of the Letter of Credit, and (ii) other costs, fees and expenses, including without limitation attorneys' fees and expenses, incurred by Holder or its affiliates as the result of or in connection with the Bank's issuance and administration of the Letter of Credit. Such costs, fees and expenses shall include, without limitation, (A) fees and charges charged by the Bank for issuance, amendments, transfers and draws of or on the Letter of Credit, (B) without duplication to fees referenced in clause (i) above, up front and/or annual letter of credit and/or usage or commitment fees charged by the Bank with respect to the Letter of Credit, and (C) fees and charges charged by the Bank with respect to Holder's (or its affiliate's) existing financing arrangement with the Bank with respect to the Letter of Credit.
Other Letter of Credit Fees. Company agrees, with respect to the issuance, amendment or transfer of each Letter of Credit and each payment of a drawing made thereunder, to pay customary documentary and processing charges payable directly to the applicable Issuing Lender for its own account in accordance with such Issuing Lender’s standard schedule for such charges in effect at the time of such issuance, amendment, transfer or payment, as the case may be.
Other Letter of Credit Fees. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the L/C Issuer, in respect of each Letter of Credit (other than standby Letters of Credit), a fee as provided in Schedule 3.1(d), calculated against the face amount and over the term of such Letter of Credit. In addition, the Borrower shall pay to the L/C Issuer for its own account the L/C Issuer's standard issuance, drawing, negotiation, amendment, assignment, and other administrative fees for each such Letter of Credit as reasonably established by the L/C Issuer from time to time.
Other Letter of Credit Fees. In addition to the Standby LC Usage Fees, the Trade LC Usage Fees and the LC Issuance Fees, Borrower shall pay to Agent, for the benefit of Issuing Bank, other standard fees of Issuing Bank for issuance of, drawings under, transfers of and amendments to any Letter of Credit and other administrative actions performed by Issuing Bank in connection with any Letter of Credit, payable at such times and in such amounts as are consistent with Issuing Bank’s standard fee policy at the time of such amendment or other action.
Other Letter of Credit Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay the Issuing Bank’s customary transaction charges, including wire charges and service charges, on any account established with the Issuing Bank in order to perform its obligations under this Agreement and the Letter of Credit.
Other Letter of Credit Fees. Borrower shall pay to Letter of Credit Issuer such Letter of Credit Issuer’s other customary fees for issuance, amendment or renewal of a Letter of Credit and, as Letter of Credit Issuer and Borrower may agree with respect to each Letter of Credit, for each negotiation of a draft drawn under such Letter of Credit.
