The Borrower Parties shall pay such Lender or the Letter of Credit Issuer, as the case may be, the amount shown as due on any such certificate by the Required Payment Time.
The rights of each Lender, the Letter of Credit Issuer and their respective Affiliates under this Section 10.3 are in addition to other rights and remedies (including other rights of setoff) that such Lender, the Letter of Credit Issuer or their respective Affiliates may have.
