Undrawn Amount definition

Undrawn Amount means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, at any time, the maximum amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit at such time and “Undrawn Amounts” means, at any time, the sum of all Undrawn Amounts at such time.
Undrawn Amount for any Liquidity Bank or Institutional Lender as of any date of determination, means the positive difference, if any, between (i) the Total Commitment of such Person, and (ii) the Drawn Amount of such Person.
Undrawn Amount means, for each day during the term hereof, an amount equal to (a) the Aggregate Revolving Commitments existing as of the end of such day, less (b) the aggregate Outstanding Revolving Amount of Revolving Loans and L/C Obligations (but specifically excluding Swing Line Loans (other than to the extent the risk participation in a Swing Line Loan has been funded in cash by a Lender)) as of the end of such day.

  • The Maximum Undrawn Amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit shall not exceed in the aggregate at any time the Letter of Credit Sublimit.

  • The Maximum Undrawn Amount of outstanding Letters of Credit shall not exceed in the aggregate at any time the Letter of Credit Sublimit.

More Definitions of Undrawn Amount

Undrawn Amount means, on any date of determination during the Revolving Commitment Period, the difference between the Maximum Committed Amount and the outstanding principal amount of the Loans as of such date of determination.
Undrawn Amount means an amount, determined as at the Final Completion Date, equal to the Maximum Facility Amount less the aggregate of the Loans outstanding as at the Final Completion Date following the advance of the Delivery Loan.
Undrawn Amount means on any date and with respect to a particular Letter of Credit, the total amount then available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit in Dollars.
