Letter of Credit Fees Sample Clauses
The Letter of Credit Fees clause defines the financial charges associated with the issuance, maintenance, or amendment of a letter of credit in a commercial transaction. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for paying the fees, the timing of such payments, and the types of fees involved, such as issuance, negotiation, or confirmation fees. By clearly allocating responsibility for these costs, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that all parties understand their financial obligations related to the letter of credit.
