ORDER OF USE. FOR RAW AND PACKAGING MATERIALS AND INVENTORY BY SUPPLIER. Supplier will, and will cause any Contract Manufacturer to, use raw and packaging materials on a first-in, first-out basis ("FIFO") consistent with past ordinary business practices. Any Products Materials as of the Effective Date will likewise be used first to satisfy Buyer's requirements.
