Opt-out Reimbursement-. Full-time and part-time employees may elect to opt-out of medical coverage upon proof of other coverage. Medical opt-out reimbursement for full-time employees is $150 per month and $75 per month for part-time employees. Opt-out reimbursements may be changed by the EmployeesBenefits Board. There is no refund currently associated with dental opt-out.

Opt-out Reimbursement-. The City will pay an annual cash reimbursement, based on the single coverage limit (set annually) that a public employer may contribute to a medical benefit plan set forth in MCL 15.563, as amended by 2013 Public Act 270, for the employee who elects not to participate in 1-Person (single), 2-Person (double) or family coverage. To be eligible the employee must provide written certification that they waive their right to enroll in a City health care plan and proof of the employee’s non-City provided health care insurance coverage. Payment of the reimbursement will be made in twelve equal payments in the first paycheck of each month. (These reimbursement amounts are not wages for purposes such as retirement, overtime, etc., and are taxable income unless they are directly deposited into the City provided Section 125 Plan.)

  • Meal Reimbursement 1. If an employee is required to work one and one-half (1-1/2) hours before or beyond his/her normal working day or on overtime for emergency purposes or for extended work periods of five (5) or more hours in length on a day that is not the employee’s regular work day, and the employee is not exercising flexible work hours, the employee shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of a meal/food items not to exceed $18.00, plus tip (not to exceed 15%) and applicable taxes. Reimbursement is contingent upon the employee providing receipts.

  • Cost Reimbursement This payment method is based on an approved budget and submission of a request for reimbursement of expenses Xxxxxxx has incurred at the time of the request;

  • Travel Expense Reimbursement Pricing for services provided under this Contract are exclusive of any travel expenses that may be incurred in the performance of those services.   • Educational Reimbursement SECTION 1. The purpose of this Article is to xxxxxx a learning environment and provide educational opportunities that are mutually beneficial to the employees and the County and will encourage eligible employees to participate in education programs which will further their skills and knowledge for use in their current position or for use in a possible future position of greater responsibility. The Educational Reimbursement Program shall be a plan as provided for in Section 127 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) and shall be construed consistently with the requirements of Section 127. If subsequent tax law changes fail to continue the tax-free treatment, or in any way modify its treatment, appropriate adjustments in tax withholding will be made from the effective date of the change. This Article does not apply to training seminars, conferences, workshops, etc.

  • Requesting Reimbursement Requests for reimbursements must be submitted via the ASAP system. Requests for reimbursement should coincide with normal billing patterns. Each request must be limited to the amount of disbursements made for the Federal share of direct project costs and the proportionate share of allowable indirect costs incurred during that billing period.

  • Course Reimbursement 15.9.1 Prior approval by the Department of Accountability & Staff and School Renewal is required.

  • Reimbursement of Costs Incurred The Contractor agrees to reimburse the Authorized User promptly for any and all additional costs and expenses incurred for acquiring acceptable services, and/or replacement Product. Should the cost of cover be less than the Contract price, the Contractor shall have no claim to the difference.
