OMERS Contributions it will be TPR policy to make the appropriate deductions from OMERS from the employee for the first month of disability. If the disability extends beyond one month the employee must elect to contribute to OMERS during the elimination period as defined by OMERS.

OMERS Contributions. The parties agree to pay their respective share of the premiums in the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System Pension Plan as per the regulations. When required to do so, the board agrees to pay 50% of the premiums to the O.M.E.R.S.
OMERS Contributions. When an employee is on short term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OMERS contributions based on 100% of the employee’s regular pay.
