Official Secrecy. The contractors shall comply and take necessary steps to ensure that all persons employed on any work in connection with this contract comply with the provisions of the Indian Official Secrets Act 1923 (XIX of 1923) and shall continue so to apply even after execution of such work under the contract.

Official Secrecy. The Contractor shall of all the persons employed in any works in connection with the contract that the India Official Secrets Act 1923 (XIX of 1923) applies to them and will continue to apply even after execution of the said works and they will not disclose any information regarding this contract to any third party. The contractor shall also bring into notice that, any information found to be leaked out or disclosed the concern person as well as the Contractor will be liable for penal action; further the Corporation will be at liberty to terminate the contract without notice.
