OFFICIAL SECRETS ACTS. 28.1 The CONTRACTOR shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that all people employed by the CONTRACTOR and its Sub-Contractors in connection with this Contract are aware of the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989 and where appropriate, with the provisions of the Atomic Energy Act 1946, and that these Acts apply to them during the execution of this Contract and after the expiry or termination (howsoever arising) of this Contract.

In the event that the Supplier or the Supplier’s Staff fails to comply with this Clause 21, the Authority reserves the right to terminate this Framework in accordance with Clause 26.4.
