Official File. There is only one official file for each academic staff member and it shall be located in Human Resources. The University is responsible for ensuring that the file in Human Resources has all of the relevant data. In particular, material in the academic unit used in connection with the renewal of probation, tenure, promotion or salary review shall be placed in the file at the conclusion of the performance review process.
