Official File. There is only one official personnel file for each employee. The official file will be kept in the office of Human Resources where its privacy, protection from loss, and integrity is the direct responsibility of the University of Baltimore, however, working copies of personnel files may be kept in the office of the Department Head or designee. The official personnel file may include, but will not be limited to the following documents:
