Occupational Health and Safety Committee. The Employer and the Union agree to establish a Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee. The Committee shall be composed of personnel employed at the location. The composition will be determined locally through Management and local Union representative. The Committee will meet, at regular intervals to be determined by the Committee, to make recommendations on unsafe, hazardous, or dangerous conditions, with the aim of preventing and reducing risk of occupational injury and illness. A copy of all minutes of the Committee shall be sent to the Union and the Employer.
