Notification to Owner. In the event Contractor or Subcontractor elect to appeal an initial determination made pursuant to Paragraph 2.2.3.1, the Contractor and/or Subcontractor, as applicable, shall deliver notice thereof to Owner.

Notification to Owner. Resident agrees to (a) immediately notify Owner of any inoperative exhaust fans, (b) immediately notify Owner of any water intrusion in or about the Premises, including but not limited to, roof or plumbing leaks, drips or "sweating pipes", (c) immediately notify Owner of overflows from bathroom, kitchen or laundry facilities, (d) to make periodic (at least monthly) visual inspections of the Premises of the type performed immediately before execution of this Lease Agreement to determine the existence of any Mold or condition that could lead to the growth of Mold and, (e) irrespective of any of Resident's obligations hereunder, immediately notify the Owner of the presence of any Mold or condition that could lead to the growth of Mold within the Premises.
