Notification of Return. a. Employee shall return to work upon expiration of their leave. An employee must notify, Human Resources, in writing, either that he/she will return to work or request an extension. The notice or request must be received by Human Resources no later than thirty (30) calendar days before the expiration of the leave. If an employee fails to return to work, give timely notice or to timely request an extension it shall be conclusively presumed a resignation from employment.
