Common use of Notification of Absence Clause in Contracts

Notification of Absence. If the Superintendent plans on being absent from the District for more than three (3) continuous days, the Superintendent shall notify the Board President in advance.

If The Superintendent shall keep the Superintendent plans on being absent Board informed about the Superintendent’s time away from the District for more than in excess of three (3) continuous days, including the Superintendent’s plans to be absent from the District.
