Notice of Process. In the event Manager receives a governmental or other regulatory request for any Walmart Information, it agrees, subject to applicable legal requirements, to immediately notify Walmart’s Legal Department so that Walmart shall have the option to defend such action. Manager shall, subject to applicable legal requirements, reasonably cooperate with Walmart in such defense.
