Process Agent definition
Process Agent has the meaning specified in Section 9.12(a).
Process Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.09(d).

Examples of Process Agent in a sentence
The Issuer irrevocably appoints the Process Agent (if any) specified under its name in the attached Schedule I to receive, for it and on its behalf, service of process in any Proceedings.
Such service may be made by mailing or delivering a copy of such process to the Company in care of the Process Agent at the Process Agent’s above address, and the Company hereby irrevocably authorizes and directs the Process Agent to accept such service on behalf of the Company.
If for any reason any party’s Process Agent is unable to act as such, such party will promptly notify the other party and within 30 days appoint a substitute process agent acceptable to the other party.
