Notice of acceptance of this Guaranty and notice of any obligations or liabilities contracted or incurred by Tenant are hereby waived by Guarantor. Guarantor hereby waives presentment, notice of dishonor, protest and notice of non-payment or non-performance.

Notice of acceptance of this Guaranty notice of extensions of credit to the Borrower from time to time, notice of default, diligence, presentment, notice of dishonor, protest, demand for payment, and any defense based upon the Bank's failure to comply with the notice requirements of the applicable version of Uniform Commercial Code ss 9- 504 are hereby waived. The Guarantor waives all defenses based on suretyship or impairment of collateral. The Bank at any time and from time to time, without notice to or the consent of the Guarantor, and without impairing or releasing, discharging or modifying the Guarantor's liabilities hereunder, may (a) change the manner, place, time or terms of payment or performance of or interest rates on, or other terms relating to, any of the Obligations; (b) renew, substitute, modify, amend or alter, or grant consents or waivers relating to any of the Obligations, any other guaranties, or any security for any Obligations or guaranties; (c) apply any and all payments by whomever paid or however realized including any proceeds of any collateral, to any Obligations of the Borrower in such order, manner and amount as the Bank may determine in its sole discretion; (d) settle, compromise or deal with any other person, including the Borrower or the Guarantor, with respect to any Obligations in such manner as the Bank deems appropriate in its sole discretion; (e) substitute, exchange or release any security or guaranty; or (f) take such actions and exercise such remedies hereunder as provided herein.
Notice of acceptance of this Guaranty notice of the creation or existence of any of the Guaranteed Obligations and notice of any action by the Beneficiary in reliance hereon or in connection herewith;
Notice of acceptance of this Guaranty and of any default by the Customer or any other person is hereby waived. Presentment, protest, demand, and notice of protest, demand and dishonor of any of the Obligations, and the exercise of possessory, collection or other remedies for the Obligations, are hereby waived. The undersigned warrants that it has adequate means to obtain from the Customer on a continuing basis financial data and other information regarding the Customer and is not relying upon you to provide any such data or other information. Without limiting the foregoing, notice of adverse change in the Customer's financial condition or of any other fact which might materially increase the risk of the undersigned is also waived. All settlements, compromises, accounts stated and agreed balances made in good faith between the Customer, its successors or assigns, and you shall be binding upon and shall not affect the liability of the undersigned.
Notice of acceptance of this Guaranty presentment, demand for payment, protest, notice of default or non-payment, notice of dishonor and all other notices and demands are hereby waived by Guarantor.

Notice of acceptance of this Guaranty of the existence or creation of all or any of the Liabilities, of any accommodation by the Lender to the Borrower, and of the amount of the Liabilities which may exist from time to time;
Notice of acceptance of this Guaranty and any obligations or liabilities contracted or incurred by Landlord are all hereby waived by the Guarantor. In no event shall Guarantor be liable to Tenant for any special, indirect or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues. In no event shall any individual partner, officer, shareholder, trustee, beneficiary, director, agent or similar party be liable for the performance of or by Guarantor under this Guaranty.
Notice of acceptance of this Guaranty by Landlord or any Lender or assignee of either of them and notice of any obligations or liabilities contracted or incurred by any Tenant under its respective Lease are hereby waived by Guarantor.
