  • Washington A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be applied to refunds not paid or credited within thirty (30) days of receipt of returned service agreement. We may not cancel this Agreement without providing You with written notice at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the effective date of cancellation. Such notice shall include the effective date of cancellation and the reason for cancellation. You are not required to wait sixty (60) days before filing a claim directly with the insurer. ARBITRATION section is amended to add the following: The Insurance Commissioner of Washington is the Service Provider’s attorney to receive service of process in any action, suit or proceeding in any court, and the state of Washington has jurisdiction of any civil action in connection with this Agreement. Arbitration proceedings shall be held at a location in closest proximity to the service Agreement holder’s permanent residence. You may file a direct claim with the insurance company at any time. Wisconsin: ARBITRATION section of this Agreement is removed.   • Financial Services The aim of cooperation shall be to achieve closer common rules and standards in areas including the following:

Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive a discount of 20% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS1 and DS-3 Access Service.
