Nondiscrimination in Employment and Contracting. SUBRECIPIENT agrees to comply with the non-discrimination in employment and contracting opportunities laws, regulations, and executive orders referenced in 24 CFR 570.607, as revised by Executive Order 13279, including 24 ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇ 570.602 and Section 504 of Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Executive Order 11063. The applicable non-discrimination provisions in Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act (HCDA) are still applicable.
Nondiscrimination in Employment and Contracting. The SUBRECIPIENT and all employees and subcontractors shall comply with the non-discrimination in employment and contracting opportunities laws, regulations, Executive Order 13279 as amended, Executive Order 11246 as amended, and executive orders referenced in 24 CFR 570.607, as amended. The applicable non- discrimination provisions in Section 109 of the HCDA are still applicable. There will be no discrimination against any employee, applicant for employment, or persons served on account of creed, religion, race, color, sex, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, political ideology, ancestry, national origin, familial status, source of income, disability or the presence of any sensory, mental or physical handicap, unless based upon a bona fide occupational qualification in the performance of this AGREEMENT. Such action shall include, but not be limited to the following: employment, upgrading, demotion, or transfer, recruitment or recruitment advertising layoff or termination, rates of pay or other forms of compensation, and selection for training, including apprenticeship.
