Nonassignability of Rights. The right of any Participant to receive any reimbursement under the Plan shall not be alienable by the Participant by assignment or any other method, and shall not be subject to the rights of creditors, and any attempt to cause such right to be so subjected shall not be recognized, except to such extent as may be required by law.

Nonassignability of Rights. During the Restriction Period, the Restricted Stock may not be assigned, transferred, pledged or otherwise disposed of by the Grantee. Any attempt to assign, transfer, pledge or otherwise dispose of the shares contrary to the provisions hereof, and the levy of any execution, attachment or similar process upon the shares, shall be null and void and without effect. The rights and protections of the Company hereunder shall extend to any successors or assigns of the Company and to the Company’s parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates.   • Applicability of Rights The Holders (as defined below) shall be entitled to the following rights with respect to any proposed public offering of the Company’s Ordinary Shares in the United States and shall be entitled to reasonably equivalent or analogous rights with respect to any other offering of the Company’s securities in Hong Kong or any other jurisdiction in which the Company undertakes to publicly offer or list such securities for trading on a recognized securities exchange.
