Non-compensable Time. 1. Includes sleeping time, “off regular scheduled shift” time and unassigned time.
Non-compensable Time. Time spent by the GEC’s employees or sub consultants to perform services or functions capable of being carried out by other, subordinate personnel with a lower hourly rate shall be billed at a rate equivalent to that of the applicable qualified subordinate personnel. Time spent by the GEC’s personnel or sub consultants in an administrative or supervisory capacity not related to the performance of the services shall not be compensable. Time spent on work that is in excess of what is customary and reasonable per industry standards for the performance of such services shall not be compensable.
