Recordation of this Agreement. This Agreement, and the Option created hereby, may be recorded by AW4 in the Land Records of Fairfax County, Virginia (the “Land Records”). If this Agreement is recorded and later expires or is terminated as provided herein, then no later than five Business Days after the expiration or termination hereof, AW4 will deliver to FCRHA for recordation, duly signed and notarized by AW4, documents sufficient to confirm the expiration or termination of this Agreement and the termination of the Option, and otherwise in recordable form and reasonably acceptable to FCRHA (and this obligation of AW4 will survive expiration or termination of this Agreement). If AW4 records this Agreement in the Land Records, AW4 will be responsible for payment of all fees and taxes associated with such recording. The relationship between FCRHA and AW4 shall be governed by the provisions of this Agreement.
Recordation of this Agreement. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, in part or in whole, the applicable Pfizer Licensors and Company Licensees shall, and shall cause their applicable Affiliates to, cooperate to effect cancellation or termination of any recordation of this Agreement with the applicable Governmental Authorities with respect to the applicable Licensed Marks and Licensed Copyrighted Works and each Pfizer Licensor and Company Licensee (on behalf of itself and its applicable Affiliates) hereby grants to the applicable the Company Licensee and Pfizer Licensor, respectively, an irrevocable power of attorney coupled with an interest to effect such cancellation within twenty (20) days after such expiration or termination (as applicable).
Recordation of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be recorded.
Recordation of this Agreement. This Agreement, or a memorandum of any portion or portions hereof executed by the Issuer and Participant, is subject to recordation among the Land Records of the Participating Counties, and in any other appropriate public office or elsewhere if directed by the Issuer.

Recordation of this Agreement. This Agreement, or a memorandum of any portion or portions hereof executed by the Local HFA and Lender, is subject to recordation among the Land Records of the County or Counties, and in any other appropriate public office or elsewhere if directed by the Local HFA.
Recordation of this Agreement. It is understood and acknowledged by both parties to this Agreement that certain Foreign Countries may require that this Agreement be recorded or approved in such countries. Accordingly, at its sole expense, Barrier or its sublicensees or Affiliates shall, if required by applicable law, promptly cause this Agreement to be recorded and, if required by applicable law, use commercially reasonable efforts to have this Agreement approved in any such Foreign Country in which Barrier or its sublicensees or Affiliates market Products pursuant to this Agreement. ** Certain information in these exhibits has been omitted and will be filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to a confidential treatment request.
Recordation of this Agreement. It is understood and acknowledged by both parties to this Agreement that certain Foreign Countries may require that this Agreement be recorded or approved in such countries. Accordingly, at its sole expense, JPPLP or its sublicensees or Affiliates shall, if required by applicable law, promptly cause this Agreement to be recorded and, if required by applicable law, use commercially reasonable efforts to have this Agreement approved in any such Foreign Country in which JPPLP or its sublicensees or Affiliates market Itraconazole Products pursuant to this Agreement.
Recordation of this Agreement. Where required or otherwise as reasonably recommended by Licensee’s counsel, Licensor shall file this Agreement with any relevant governmental or quasi-governmental offices and registers. Licensor agrees to give or obtain any document or signature which may be required for such filings. If Licensor fails to make any such filings in a timely manner, Licensor appoints Licensee as its attorney-in-fact for the purpose of making such filings. The costs resulting from these formalities shall be borne exclusively by Licensor and, in the event that Licensee incurs any expenses in connection with any filings pursuant to this Section 5.3, Licensor will promptly reimburse Licensee for all such reasonable expenses.
