No Memorandum. Purchaser and Seller agree not to record this Agreement or any memorandum hereof.
No Memorandum. Buyer shall not record any memorandum disclosing this Agreement.

Purchaser’s obligations pursuant to this Section 34 will survive any termination of this Agreement.
