No Government Liability Sample Clauses

No Government Liability. The Government does not assume any liability for damage to the property of the Buyer or for personal injuries, disabilities, or death to the Buyer or the Buyer's employees or to any other person arising from, or incident to, the sale of the Obsolete Vessel pursuant to this Contract and/or any material aboard such Obsolete Vessel, or to its use or disposition. As a safety precaution, the Buyer should also warn any future possessor of the Obsolete Vessel of the potential health hazards referred to above.

No Government Liability. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, the Government shall not be responsible for damage to property or injuries or death to persons that may arise from, or be attributable or incident to, the condition or state or repair of the Leased Premises, or the use and occupation of the Leased Premises, or for damages to the property of the Lessee, or injuries or death of the Lessee’s officers, agents, servants, employees, or others who may be on the Leased Premises at their invitation or the invitation of any one of them. It is the intent of the Parties that the Lessee will, to the extent permitted by law, hold harmless the Government for any loss or damage arising out of the use of the Leased Premises.
No Government Liability. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Lessee agrees the Government will not be responsible for lost time or costs incurred due to interference, delays in entry, temporary loss of access, barring of Lessee or its employees, representatives, contractors, agents, invitees, licensees, students, students’ relatives or any other person desiring to access the Leased Premises from the base under federal laws authorizing such actions, limitation, or withdrawal of an employee’s on-base driving privileges, or any other security action that may cause employees to be late to, or unavailable at, their work stations, or delay arrival of parts and supplies.

  • RESPONDENT LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY The Respondent shall be liable for all damages to government-owned, leased, or occupied property and equipment caused by the Respondent and its employees, agents, subcontractors, and suppliers, including any delivery or cartage company, in connection with any performance pursuant to the Contract. The Respondent shall notify the City of Xxxxxx Procurement Manager in writing of any such damage within one (1) calendar day.

  • Controlled Government Data The Disclosing Party's Controlled Government Data, if any, will be identified in a separate technical document.

  • NO GOVERNMENT OBLIGATION TO THIRD PARTIES (1) The Department and Contractor acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding any concurrence by the Federal Government in or approval of the solicitation or award of the underlying contract, absent the express written consent by the Federal Government, the Federal Government is not a party to this contract and shall not be subject to any obligations or liabilities to the Department, Contractor, or any other party (whether or not a party to that contract) pertaining to any matter resulting from the underlying contract.

  • DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY A. In the event of loss, destruction, or damage to any System Agency or State of Texas owned, leased, or occupied property or equipment by Performing Agency or Performing Agency’s employees, agents, Subcontractors, and suppliers, Performing Agency shall be liable to System Agency and the State of Texas for the full cost of repair, reconstruction, or replacement of the lost, destroyed, or damaged property.

  • Government Data Practices Vendor and Sourcewell must comply with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as it applies to all data provided by or provided to Sourcewell under this Contract and as it applies to all data created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or disseminated by the Vendor under this Contract. If the Vendor receives a request to release the data referred to in this article, the Vendor must immediately notify Sourcewell and Sourcewell will assist with how the Vendor should respond to the request.

This notification shall include a description of the allegation, the identity of the investigating or prosecuting agency, and the status of such investigation or legal proceeding. Progenity shall also provide written notice to OIG within 30 days after the resolution of the matter, and shall provide OIG with a description of the findings and/or results of the investigation or proceeding, if any.
