No Contracting Out Work. No unionised work will be subcontracted unless agreed between the Company and the Union prior to subcon- tracting (subject to the agreement reached by the Company and the Union as spelled out in Appendix If the parties are unable to reach an agreement the matter may be referred to arbitration as per Article for final determination.
