No Beneficiary Designation Sample Clauses
No Beneficiary Designation. If the Executive dies without a valid beneficiary designation, or if all designated Beneficiaries predecease the Executive, then the Executive’s spouse shall be the designated Beneficiary. If the Executive has no surviving spouse, the benefits shall be made to the personal representative of the Executive’s estate.
No Beneficiary Designation. If the Director dies without a valid beneficiary designation, or if all designated Beneficiaries predecease the Director, then the Director’s spouse shall be the designated Beneficiary. If the Director has no surviving spouse, the benefits shall be made to the personal representative of the Director’s estate.

If the Participant dies without a valid Beneficiary designation, or if all designated Beneficiaries predecease the Participant, then the Participant’s spouse shall be the designated Beneficiary. If any Participant fails to designate a Beneficiary in the manner provided above, if the designation is void, or if the Beneficiary designated by a deceased Participant dies before the Participant or before complete distribution of the Participant's benefits, the Participant's Beneficiary shall be the person in the first of the following classes in which there is a survivor:
(a) The Participant's surviving spouse;
(b) The Participant's children in equal shares, except that if any of the children predeceases the Participant but leaves surviving issue, then such issue shall take by right of representation the share the deceased child would have taken if living; or
(c) The Participant's estate.

If the Executive fails to name a Beneficiary in accordance with Section 4.1, or if the Beneficiary named by the Executive predeceases him or dies before complete distribution is made to the Beneficiary under this Agreement, then the Beneficiary shall be the Executive’s Spouse, but if the Spouse predeceases the Executive, then the Beneficiary shall be the Executive’s descendants per stirpes, and if none survive the Executive, then the Beneficiary shall be the Executive’s estate.
No Beneficiary Designation. In the absence of an effective Beneficiary Designation Form, or if all stated Beneficiaries predecease Executive or die prior to complete distribution of the Executive Benefit, then Executive's designated Beneficiary shall be deemed to be Executive's estate.
No Beneficiary Designation. If a Participant fails to name a Beneficiary in accordance with Section 8.01, or if the Beneficiary named by a Participant predeceases him, then the Trustee will pay the Participant's Accrued Benefit in accordance with Section 6.02 in the following order of priority to:
(a) The Participant's surviving spouse;
(b) The Participant's surviving children, including adopted children, in equal shares;
(c) The Participant's surviving parents, in equal shares; or
(d) The legal representative of the estate of the Participant. If the Beneficiary does not predecease the Participant, but dies prior to the distribution of the Participant's entire Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit, the Trustee will pay the remaining Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit to the Beneficiary's estate unless the Participant's Beneficiary designation provides otherwise. The Advisory Committee will direct the Trustee as to the method and to whom the Trustee will make payment under this Section 8.02.
No Beneficiary Designation. If any Participant fails to designate a Beneficiary in the manner provided above, or if the Beneficiary designated by a deceased Participant predeceases the Participant, the Investment Committee shall direct the Employer to distribute such Participant’s Plan Benefit (or the balance thereof) as follows:
a. To the Participant’s surviving spouse, if any; or
b. If the Participant shall have no surviving spouse, then to the Participant’s children in equals shares by right of representation; or
c. If the Participant shall have no surviving spouse or children, then to the Participant’s estate; or
d. In the absence of a will in accordance with the intestate statute of the Participant’s domicile.
