Beneficiary Designation/Release of Information/Right to Reimbursement. To the extent permitted by applicable Law and except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, all beneficiary designations, authorizations for the release of information and rights to reimbursement made by or relating to SpinCo Employees under Company Benefit Plan shall be transferred to and be in full force and effect under the corresponding SpinCo Benefit Plan until such beneficiary designations, authorizations or rights are replaced or revoked by, or no longer apply, to the relevant SpinCo Employee.
Beneficiary Designation/Release of Information/Right to Reimbursement. To the extent permitted by applicable Law and except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, all beneficiary designations, authorizations for the release of information and rights to reimbursement made by or relating to Spinco Participants under MSG Networks Plans shall be transferred to and be in full force and effect under the corresponding Spinco Plans until such beneficiary designations, authorizations or rights are replaced or revoked by, or no longer apply to, the relevant Spinco Participant.
Beneficiary Designation/Release of Information/Right to Reimbursement. To the extent permitted by applicable Law and except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, all beneficiary designations, authorizations for the release of Information and rights to reimbursement made by or relating to Veralto Employees under Xxxxxxx Benefit Arrangements shall be transferred to and be in full force and effect under the corresponding Veralto Benefit Arrangements until such beneficiary designations, authorizations or rights are replaced or revoked by, or no longer apply, to the relevant Veralto Employee.
Beneficiary Designation/Release of Information/Right to Reimbursement. Newco shall seek to obtain, before or as soon as reasonably practicable following the Effective Time, beneficiary designations, authorizations for the release of Information and rights to reimbursement from all Newco Participants under Newco Benefit Plans .

To the extent permitted by Applicable Law and except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, all beneficiary designations, authorizations for the release of information and rights to reimbursement made by or relating to VPG Employees under Vishay Benefit Plans shall be transferred to, and be in full force and effect under, the corresponding VPG Benefit Plans until such beneficiary designations, authorizations or rights are replaced or revoked by, or no longer apply to, the applicable VPG Employee.
Beneficiary Designation/Release of Information/Right to Reimbursement. To the extent permitted by applicable Law and except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, all beneficiary designations, authorizations for the release of information and rights to reimbursement made by or relating to SNI Participants under EWS Benefit Plans shall be transferred to and be in full force and effect under the corresponding SNI Benefit Plans until such beneficiary designations, authorizations or rights are replaced or revoked by, or no longer apply, to the relevant SNI Participant.
Beneficiary Designation/Release of Information/Right to Reimbursement. To the extent permitted by applicable Law and except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, all beneficiary designations, authorizations for the release of Information and rights to reimbursement made by or relating to Newco Employees under Xxxxxxx Benefit Arrangements shall be transferred to and be in full force and effect under the corresponding NetScout Benefit Arrangements until such beneficiary designations, authorizations or rights are replaced or revoked by, or no longer apply, to the relevant Newco Employee.
Beneficiary Designation/Release of Information/Right to Reimbursement. To the extent permitted by applicable Law and except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, all beneficiary designations, authorizations for the release of Information and rights to reimbursement made by or relating to Vontier Employees under Fortive Benefit Arrangements shall be transferred to and be in full force and effect under the corresponding Vontier Benefit Arrangements until such beneficiary designations, authorizations or rights are replaced or revoked by, or no longer apply, to the relevant Vontier Employee.
Beneficiary Designation/Release of Information/Right to Reimbursement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, including, without limitation, the privacy and security requirements of HIPAA, and except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, all beneficiary designations, authorizations for the release of information and rights to reimbursement made by or relating to MPI Participants under Myriad Benefit Plans shall be transferred to and be in full force and effect under the corresponding MPI Benefit Plans and Myriad Benefit Plans until such beneficiary designations, authorizations or rights are replaced or revoked by, or no longer apply, to the relevant MPI Participant.
Beneficiary Designation/Release of Information/Right to Reimbursement. Without limiting the provisions of Section 2.7 or Section 3.2(c) or other provisions of this Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable Law and except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, all beneficiary designations, authorizations for the release of Information and rights to reimbursement made by or relating to TransCo Employees under Entergy Benefit Arrangements shall be transferred to and be in full force and effect under the corresponding ITC Benefit Arrangements until such beneficiary designations, authorizations or rights are replaced or revoked by, or no longer apply, to the relevant TransCo Employee.
