New Distribution Supply Points. The User must provide the following information to the Service Provider for each new Distribution Supply Point which the User wishes to be Connected: Site address for MIRN; the MIRN, if known; contact details for the proposed Distribution Supply Point and Distribution Supply Point location at which Gas is to be Supplied to Customers; the distance of the service entry point on the boundary of the premises of the Customer to be supplied by the new Distribution Supply Point from the nearest distribution main; the distance of the service entry point on the boundary of the premises of the Customer to be Supplied by the new Distribution Supply Point from the proposed Metering Installation; the estimated Quantity of, and period over which, Gas is to be supplied including estimated Customer MHQ and annual Quantity requirements for any Customers of the User to be Supplied by the new Distribution Supply Point; whether a Customer to be Supplied by the new Distribution Supply Point requests a Metering Installation or other connection equipment other than the standard Metering Installation or connection equipment; prior to the Energisation of a Customer, the information as required under clause 9.4(a) and a Certificate of Compliance reference number and the name of the party who issued the Certificate of Compliance; Customer characterisation; licence number and/or registration number for any licensed or registered plumber who the Customer proposes be responsible for the work at the Customer’s premises (on the Customer’s side of the Metering Installation) in connection with the establishment of the Connection; where a Certificate of Compliance reference number is not required, a start work notice number; and any other special requirement of a Customer to be Supplied by the new Distribution Supply Point. Acceptance by the Service Provider Once the User provides to the Service Provider the information required by clauses 9.4 and 9.5, the Service Provider must for those Customers it reasonably considers will be Tariff D Customers or Tariff L Customers, use its best endeavours to agree with the User the Customer MHQ for that Customer and in all cases respond to the User in sufficient time to permit each party to comply with its obligations under any applicable Regulatory Instrument and otherwise within such time and manner as may be agreed between the Service Provider and the User.

  • Distribution Protocol (1) At a time wholly within the discretion of Class Counsel, but on notice to the Settling Defendants, Class Counsel will bring motions seeking orders from the Courts approving the Distribution Protocol. USLD-INC includes the facility from the cross connect device in the building equipment room up to and including the point of demarcation at the End User’s premises.

  • Primary Distribution Discount Notes shall be issued and settled through the Fed Book-Entry System in same-day funds and shall be held by designated Fed Participants. After initial issue, all Discount Notes shall continue to be held by such Fed Participants in the Fed Book-Entry System unless arrangements are made for the transfer thereof to other Fed Participants. Discount Notes shall not be exchangeable for definitive Discount Notes.

  • Distribution of UDP and TCP queries DNS probes will send UDP or TCP “DNS test” approximating the distribution of these queries.

  • Bidder Supplied Samples The Commissioner reserves the right to request from the Bidder/Contractor a representative sample(s) of the Product offered at any time prior to or after award of a contract. Unless otherwise instructed, samples shall be furnished within the time specified in the request. Untimely submission of a sample may constitute grounds for rejection of Bid or cancellation of the Contract. Samples must be submitted free of charge and be accompanied by the Bidder’s name and address, any descriptive literature relating to the Product and a statement indicating how and where the sample is to be returned. Where applicable, samples must be properly labeled with the appropriate Bid or Contract reference. A sample may be held by the Commissioner during the entire term of the Contract and for a reasonable period thereafter for comparison with deliveries. At the conclusion of the holding period the sample, where feasible, will be returned as instructed by the Bidder, at the Bidder’s expense and risk. Where the Bidder has failed to fully instruct the Commissioner as to the return of the sample (i.e., mode and place of return, etc.) or refuses to bear the cost of its return, the sample shall become the sole property of the receiving entity at the conclusion of the holding period.

  • COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in the Summary Schedule (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2020-21, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2022-23 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis. These costs may be included as part of the county departments’ costs indicated effective July 1, 2022, for further allocation to federal grants and contracts performed by the respective county departments.

  • Overtime Distribution The Employer and the Union will discuss Departmental or agency specific overtime distribution policies at the Departmental or agency level. The Employer agrees to follow its existing overtime distribution policies until changed as a result of Employer/Union negotiation.

  • Unbundled Subloop Distribution (USLD) 2.8.2.1 The USLD facility is a dedicated transmission facility that BellSouth provides from an End User’s point of demarcation to a BellSouth cross-connect device. The BellSouth cross-connect device may be located within a remote terminal (RT) or a stand-alone cross-box in the field or in the equipment room of a building. The USLD media is a copper twisted pair that can be provisioned as a 2-wire or 4-wire facility. BellSouth will make available the following subloop distribution offerings where facilities exist: USLD – Voice Grade (USLD-VG) Unbundled Copper Subloop (UCSL) USLD – Intrabuilding Network Cable (USLD-INC (aka riser cable))
