Examples of Work notice in a sentence
Every person who commences work requiring a building permit without first obtaining such a permit shall, if a Stop Work notice is issued and remains outstanding for 30 days, pay an additional charge equal to 25% of the building permit fee prior to obtaining the required building permit.
When a Stop Work notice is cancelled or the period of the Stop Work notice (or any agreed extension thereof) expires, Seller shall resume work subject to agreement on the equitable adjustment in price and/or delivery schedule.
In no event will such adjustment exceed the period of time in which the Stop Work notice was in effect.
If it is violated, an issuance of a Suspension of Work notice will be used until appropriate corrective action is taken.
Upon written request by Customer, and subject to packaging constraints, TAEC will place a Mask Work notice on the outside package of the Product which shall consist of the letter M in a circle and the names of Customer and TAEC.

If a Stop Work notice is given, Buyer and Seller shall agree to an equitable adjustment in the delivery schedule, or price, or both, and the Order shall be modified in writing accordingly.
Except as otherwise provided herein, the total Order price will not be adjusted and Buyer will not incur any liability by the issuance of a Stop Work notice.
