Name of Company. The name of the Company shall be as set forth in the Certificate.
Name of Company. It is understood that the name "USAA," and any logo associated with that name is the valuable property of the United Services Automobile Association, and that the Company has the right to include "USAA" as a part of its name only so long as this Agreement shall continue and IMCO is a wholly owned subsidiary of the United Services Automobile Association. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Company shall forthwith cease to use the "USAA" name and logo and shall take appropriate action to change the Company's name.
Name of Company. The Company may use the name “American Beacon Cayman Managed Futures Strategy Fund, Ltd.” only so long as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof remains in effect, including any similar agreement with any organization which shall have succeeded to the business of the Manager. At such time as such an agreement shall no longer be in effect, the Company will (to the extent that it lawfully can) cease to use any name derived from American Beacon Advisors, Inc. or any successor organization.

Upon the termination of this Agreement, the Company (to the extent that it lawfully can) will cause the Fund to cease to use such a name or any other name indicating that it is advised by or otherwise connected with you or any organization which shall have so succeeded to your business.
Name of Company. The Fund may use the name "Upright Investments" only for so long as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof remains in effect, including any similar agreement with any organization which shall have succeeded to the business of the Advisor. At such time as such an agreement shall no longer be in effect, the Fund will (to the extent that it lawfully can) cease to use any name derived from Upright Financial Corp. or any successor.
Name of Company. The name under which the Company shall conduct its business is “Nodal Clear, LLC.” The business of the Company may be conducted under any other name permitted by the Delaware LLC Act that is deemed necessary or desirable by the Board. The Board shall cause to be executed, filed and recorded any assumed or fictitious name certificates required by the laws of the State of Delaware or any other state or other jurisdiction in which the Company conducts or may wish to conduct business.
Name of Company. The name of the Company shall be Mythic Collection, LLC, a Delaware Series limited liability company. The business of the Company may be conducted in compliance with all applicable laws under the Company or its Series’ name, or such assumed name as may be designated by the Founder or a Series Manager.
