Name and Address Change. Each Participant and each Beneficiary of a deceased Participant shall at all times be responsible for notifying the Plan Administrator of any change in his name or address. If any check payment of a benefit hereunder (which was mailed to the last address of the payee as shown on the records of the Plan Administrator) is returned unclaimed, further payments shall be discontinued until the Plan Administrator directs otherwise.
