Monthly Tuition Payment Plan. The annual tuition may be paid over a period of 12 months, which goes from June to May. All tuition payers will begin their 12 month payout in the month of June, prior to the start of school, which begins in August. These June and July payments will not be considered prepayments.   • Compensation & Payment 8.4.1. Should the claim be found proven; settlement is executed only in the form of compensation payment added to the Client trade account.

  • Payment Plan Despite the payment terms in Annexure B, We may, but are not obliged to, enter into a specific payment plan with You if You can demonstrate a financial need. However, any payment plans:

  • Annual Payment During each calendar year, an employee may choose to receive payment for up to twenty (20) hours of accrued vacation leave or compensatory time. Request for payment may be made in November or December of each year. Such payment shall be made during the month of November or December and will be granted only if the employee has taken at least forty (40) hours of vacation/compensatory time during the calendar year. Such payment shall be at the base hourly rate only, no add-ons.

The Subcontractor shall cooperate fully with the Contractor in any and all steps the Contractor takes in connection with prosecuting such a claim and shall hold harmless and reimburse the Contractor for all expenses, including legal expenses, incurred by the Contractor which arise out of the Contractor's submission of the Subcontractor's claims to the Client or other responsible party(ies). The Subcontractor shall be bound by any adjudication or award in any action or proceeding resolving such a claim.

  • SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENT LIMITATION Notwithstanding the foregoing:

  • SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENTS Applicant shall make annual Supplemental Payments in an amount equal to, but not to exceed, the limit of the annual Supplemental Payment as set out Section 6.2 below, starting with the first complete or partial year of the Qualifying Time Period and accruing on January 1 of each year thereafter, and continuing through the third year following the end of the Tax Limitation Period.

  • Salary Overpayment Recovery A. When the Employer has determined that an employee has been overpaid wages, the Employer will provide written notice, via certified mail, to the employee that will include the following items:

  • Retirement Payment Employees with 25 or more total years of service in the program, who give two months’ notice of intent to retire, shall be provided the equivalent of 16% of annual salary, or $16,000, whichever is greater, at date of termination. The payment shall not exceed $20,000.

  • E-PAYMENT Contractor agrees to accept all payments in United States currency via the State of Mississippi’s electronic payment and remittance vehicle. The agency agrees to make payment in accordance with Mississippi law on “Timely Payments for Purchases by Public Bodies,” which generally provides for payment of undisputed amounts by the agency within forty-five (45) days of receipt of invoice. Mississippi Code Annotated § 31-7-301 et seq.
