Academic Calendar definition

Academic Calendar. A calendar that establishes the following: • The beginning and ending dates of the fall and spring semesters. • The time frames within which the District may offer winter and summer sessions. • The dates on which census rosters, final grade reports, and flex forms are due.
Academic Calendar means the number of days as determined by the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges, designated for instruction or participation in staff, student, and instructional improvement activities. The number of days in the academic calendar shall be the same for credit and noncredit instruction within the District.
Academic Calendar means the document prepared annually by the Registrar and reviewed by the University Senate that contains, in part, a description of the University’s academic programmes, regulations, and courses.

More Definitions of Academic Calendar

Academic Calendar means the calendar of instructional terms and other related administrative dates for each academic year (August through July).
