Monthly Project Progress Report. No later than the tenth (10th) day of each month while the Project has not yet met its Initial Delivery Date, or within five (5) days after SCE’s request, Seller shall deliver to SCE a progress report, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit C (“Project Progress Report”), describing its progress, including projected time to completion of any milestones. Seller shall include in any Project Progress Report a list of all letters, notices, applications, approvals, authorizations and filings referring or relating to Permits, and shall provide any such documents as may be reasonably requested by SCE. [Seller shall also report on the status of workforce development efforts, including whether and to what extent the project has employed individuals who reside in the Disadvantaged Community where the Project is sited.] {SCE Note: For Community Solar Green Tariff projects only}. A report delivered pursuant to this Section 4.06 shall not constitute Notice for any purpose under this Agreement, including with respect to any fact, circumstance, request, issue, dispute or matter included in such report.

  • Monthly Progress Report This report shall include a description of the activities during the reporting period and the activities planned for the ensuing reporting period. The first reporting period consists of the first full month of performance plus any fractional part of the initial month. Thereafter, the reporting period shall consist of each calendar month.   • Final Project Report Prepare a Final Project Report that addresses, to the extent feasible, comments made by the Grant Manager on the Draft Final Project Report. Submit one (1) reproducible master and an electronic copy of the final. Upload an electronic copy of the final report in pdf format to the FAAST system.
