Green Tariff definition

Green Tariff means a program in which a retail seller of electricity offers its customers an opportunity to purchase electricity sourced from low-carbon intensity energy resources. This includes the Green Tariff Shared Renewables program established pursuant to California Senate Bill 43 (2013) and defined under the California Public Utilities Code sections 2831-2833.
Green Tariff means a tariff offered by a Licensed Supplier which guarantees 100% renewable electricity from renewable sources like wind, solar and hydro, evidenced by the Licensed Supplier by surrendering the applicable number of REGOs (or equivalent guarantee of origin certificate) to Ofgem;
Green Tariff means Schedule GTSR-GR under which a Customer may elect to participate in a program to increase the amount of renewable energy supplied to such Customer, as such tariff may be modified from time to time.
