Critical Path Development Milestone definition

Critical Path Development Milestone means any of the milestones set forth in Section 4.07.
Critical Path Development Milestone means each of the milestones set forth in Section 4.07.

Examples of Critical Path Development Milestone in a sentence

  • Seller shall provide to SCE, on or before the applicable deadline to achieve each Critical Path Development Milestone, evidence that the Critical Path Development Milestone has been achieved.

  • Seller shall achieve each Critical Path Development Milestone on or before the applicable deadline for achieving such Critical Path Development Milestone specified below.

  • Seller shall also provide any additional evidence reasonably requested by SCE that the Critical Path Development Milestone has been achieved.

  • If Seller fails in any material respect, as reasonably determined by SCE, to: (i) meet the requirements of the Recovery Plan; (ii) make sufficient progress in effecting the Recovery Plan; or (iii) achieve completion of the missed Critical Path Development Milestone by the CPD Milestone Extension Date, such failure shall not be subject to a further attempt to cure.

  • SCE shall have the right at any time during the Term to enter onto the Site(s) to inspect the Project and otherwise inspect or audit Seller’s EPC Contracts and its books and records in order to verify Seller’s compliance with the Milestone Schedule, the Critical Path Development Milestone schedule, and other obligations under this Agreement.

  • Seller shall obtain Site Control by the date specified therefor in the Critical Path Development Milestone Schedule.

  • Failure to achieve the Critical Path Development Milestone on or before the applicable Critical Path Development Milestone deadline could result in an Event of Default.

Related to Critical Path Development Milestone

  • Development Milestone Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which must be completed by the corresponding date set out in such plan;

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Sales Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • spatial development framework means the Kouga Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Phase II Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product initiated to determine the safety and efficacy in the target patient population, as described 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b).

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Phase I Clinical Study means, as to a particular Licensed Product, an initial clinical study in humans with the purpose of assessing the Licensed Product’s safety, tolerability, toxicity, pharmacokinetics or other pharmacological properties.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Milestone Payment means a payment identified in the Implementation Plan to be made following the issue of a Satisfaction Certificate in respect of Achievement of the relevant Milestone;

  • Phase III Clinical Study means a trial involving administration of a Compound to sufficient numbers of human patients with the goal of establishing that the Compound is safe and efficacious for its intended use, to define warnings, precautions and adverse reactions that are associated with the drug or label expansion of such Compound, and to be considered as a pivotal study for submission of an NDA.

  • Phase II Clinical Trial means a controlled human clinical study that would satisfy the requirements of 21 CFR 312.21(b), conducted to study the effectiveness and establish the dose range of a Product for a particular Indication in patients with the disease or condition under study, including a Phase IIA Clinical Study or Phase IIB Clinical Study.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.
