Modification of Service Description. EVS may modify this Schedule A, including pricing, on thirty (30) days’ notice to Agency. Agency may terminate the Agreement and/or this Schedule A within thirty (30) days after such modification notice by providing written notice of termination to EVS. Absence of such termination shall constitute Agency’s agreement to the modification.

Modification of Service Description. EVS may modify this Service Description on thirty (30) days notice to Subscriber. Subscriber may terminate the Service within thirty (30) days after notice of a modification to the Service Description on written notice to EVS. Absence of such termination shall constitute Subscriber’s agreement to the modification.
Modification of Service Description. Vendor reserves the right to modify the Service from time to time. If the modification shall be a substantial change from this Service Description Overview, Vendor shall provide written notice of the change to City. A substantial change shall be a change which is inconsistent with this Service Description Overview. A change that does not alter functionality of the Service, such as a change for upgraded security of Data, is not a substantial change. City may terminate the Service by written notice to Vendor within thirty (30) days after notice of a substantial change to the Service Description Overview. Such termination shall be effective ninety (90) days after notice is provided unless City provides for an earlier or later effective date of termination in the notice of termination. Absence of such termination shall constitute City’s agreement to the modified Service Description Overview. EXHIBIT 1 All furnishers of consumer reports must comply with all applicable regulations, including regulations promulgated after this notice was first prescribed in 2004. Modification of Service Description. EVS may modify this Service Description on ninety (90) days’ prior written notice to CDHS and shall within five (5) business days notify Participating Counties. CDHS may terminate this Schedule A, or any Participating County may terminate its Participation Agreement, within ninety (90) days after receipt of notice of a modification to the Service Description on written notice to EVS and CDHS; and, upon CDHS’s request, an amendment to memorialize the modification to the Service Description may be executed by the parties.   • Service Description The Parties will provide Common Channel Signaling (CCS) to one another via Signaling System 7 (SS7) network Interconnection, in accordance with prevailing industry standards. Use of a third party provider of SS7 trunks is permitted.

  • General Description of Services The A-E will be contacted by COUNTY Project Management staff on an “as-needed” basis as projects arise to provide A-E for professional services. Requirements will be discussed by both Parties and A-E shall prepare a written Scope Statement that will include the specific work to be performed, including the costs and time required to complete the project/task. Orange COUNTY Project Management staff will then review the A-E’s Scope Statement, proceed with negotiation of task costs and when satisfied, issue a Contract Task Order (CTO) against this CONTRACT. The A-E shall serve as lead of a design team that may include other construction design professionals working together to ensure that the original design is carried through to the finished product, with no alterations in materials or design that would lead to safety issues or compromise the quality of the building or building component. Other team members who may be retained by the lead to support a project as a consultant may include but are not limited to landscape architects, lighting designers, data consultants, security consultants, controls engineers, commissioning consultants, traffic engineers, surveyors, estimators, special inspection, etc. The A-E shall be responsible for the preparation of comprehensive building assessments, designs, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and reports within the scope of the Contract Task Order (CTO). In the preparation of construction drawings and specification, the A-E shall also responsible for:

  • Description of Service 2.14.1.1 BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>> loop makeup (LMU) data for BellSouth's network facilities. This section addresses LMU as a preordering transaction, distinct from <<customer_name>> ordering any other service(s). Loop Makeup Service Inquiries (LMUSI) for preordering loop makeup are likewise unique from other preordering functions with associated service inquiries (SI) as described in this Agreement.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • Service Level Agreement Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bank agrees to perform the custody services provided for under this Agreement in a manner that meets or exceeds any service levels as may be agreed upon by the parties from time to time in a written document that is executed by both parties on or after the date of this Agreement, unless that written document specifically states that it is not contractually binding. For the avoidance of doubt, Bank’s Service Directory shall not be deemed to be such a written document.

  • Performance of Work by City If the Contractor fails to perform the Work in accordance with the schedule referred to in section 2 above, the City may, in its discretion, in order to bring the project closer to the schedule, perform or cause to be performed some or all of the Work, and doing so shall not waive any of the City’s rights and remedies. Before doing so, the City shall give the Contractor notice of its intention. The Contractor shall reimburse the City for additional costs incurred by the City in exercising its right to perform or cause to be performed some or all of the Work pursuant to this section.
