Minimum Internet/Cable Capacity Requirements. All units must be equipped with networks to provide cable television, telephone access, and internet access in the living area and in each bedroom. The following networks (combined or distinct) must be capable of being accessed and activated by tenants: (i) telephone network installed for phones using CAT5e or better wiring, (ii) network for data installed using CAT5e or better, networked from the unit back to a central location or similarly configured wireless network, and (iii) TV services network using COAX cable. The wiring for such networks should be available to tenants free of charge, but tenants may be charged the actual fee incurred by the Taxpayer for activating and making available any services provided directly by the Project or through third-party providers. The equivalent of wireless network access is acceptable.

Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.
