Tenant Certification. Tenant certifies that, as of the Effective Date hereof: (i) neither it nor its officers, directors, or controlling owners is listed as a “Specifically Designated National or Blocked Person” (“SDN”) on the SDN list maintained and updated from time to time on the United States Treasury Department’s website (the “SDN List”), or is otherwise a banned or blocked person, entity, or nation pursuant to any law, order, rule or regulation that is enforced or administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”), or is otherwise named by any Executive Order, the United States Department of Justice, or the United States Treasury Department as a terrorist; (ii) neither it nor its officers, directors, or controlling owners, is acting, directly or indirectly, for or on behalf of any person, group, entity, or nation that is listed on the SDN List or is otherwise named by any Executive Order, the United States Department of Justice, or the United States Treasury Department as a terrorist, SDN or other banned or blocked person, entity, nation, or transaction pursuant to any law, order, rule or regulation that is enforced or administered by the OFAC; (iii) neither it nor its officers, directors, or controlling owners is engaged in this transaction, directly or indirectly on behalf of, or instigating or facilitating this transaction, directly or indirectly on behalf of, any such person, group, entity, or nation; (iv) neither it nor its officers, directors, or controlling owners is in violation of Presidential Executive Order 13224, the USA PATRIOT Act, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Money Laundering Control Act, or any regulations promulgated pursuant thereto (collectively, “Anti-Terrorism Laws”); and (v) neither it nor its officers, directors, or controlling owners is an entity with whom Landlord is prohibited from transacting business under any of the Anti-Terrorism Laws. Tenant further certifies that, during the Term of this Lease (and any extensions thereof), Tenant will not violate any of the Anti-Terrorism Laws, and it will not do business with any entity that violates any of the Anti-Terrorism Laws. Tenant Certification. By execution of this Amendment, Tenant hereby certifies that as of the date hereof, neither Tenant nor Landlord is in default of the performance of its obligations pursuant to the Lease, and Tenant has no claim, defense, or offset with respect to the Lease.

Tenant Certification. Pursuant to Chapter 2270, Texas Government Code, Tenant certifies to Landlord that Tenant (1) does not currently boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the Term of this Lease. Tenant further certifies to Landlord that (1) its name is not included on the list maintained by the Texas State Comptroller of companies known to have contracts with or to provide supplies or services to a foreign terrorist organization, and (2) Tenant will not, during the term of this Lease, enter into contracts with or provides supplies or services to any such organization unless the United States government has excluded Tenant from its federal sanctions regime relating to Sudan, its federal sanctions regime relating to Iran, or any deferral sanction relating to a foreign terrorist organization.
Tenant Certification. I attest that the information stated above is true and accurate and understand that the above information, if misrepresented, or incomplete, may be grounds for immediate application termination and/or could result in penalties as specified by law. Tenant Certification. Tenant certifies that (a) the initial term of the Lease is for Eighty-four (84) months, (b) the date of Commencement of the Lease is or was , (c) no rent under the Lease has been paid more than thirty (30) days in advance of its due date, and (d) Tenant, as of this date, has no charge, lien or claim of offset under the Lease, or otherwise, against the rents or other charges due or to become due thereunder.
Tenant Certification. By signing below I acknowledge that the Provisions of the Lease Agreement have been received and thoroughly explained to me. I agree that all members of my household are bound by all of the Lease provisions and conditions, as written. I hereby certify that I, and other members of my Household, have not committed any fraud in connection with my tenancy with Landlord. I further certify that all information and documentation submitted by me or other Household members to Landlord, before and during the Lease term, are true and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. I further certify that I have received a copy of the attachments listed above and the information listed therein has been thoroughly explained to me. I further certify that if I reside in a location where utilities are in the name of the Tenant, that I hereby authorize all local utility providers to release to the Landlord copies of any and all information relating to utility records for all members of my Household. This information may include, but is not limited to: usage, payment history, and arrearage. I further hereby authorize the utility provider(s) to notify Landlord if I fail to pay my utility bill and to review the records. I authorize this release of information for the process of obtaining and maintaining utilities in my name while a Tenant of Landlord.
