Common use of Military Duty Leave Clause in Contracts

Military Duty Leave. An employee who enters active military service of the United States or who is an active member of any state or federal military reserve unit and who is compelled to fulfill a military obligation by law or regulation shall have such re-employment rights and shall be entitled to such unpaid leave as may be provided for under applicable federal or state law in effect at that time.
