Every employee shall be entitled to military leave as provided by state and federal law including Minnesota Statute § 192.26, Minnesota Statute §191.261 and XXXXXX, 00 X.X.X. § 0000(x) (2). The employee shall immediately inform their respective Department Head and Human Resources regarding the military duty and need for military leave as soon as known by the employee.
