Middle School/High School. During the first five (5) days of classes, or during the first five (5) days of classes not commencing at the start of the school year, the BOARD shall equalize like classes scheduled during the same period to the extent possible and consistent with sound educational practices. New enrollments will be distributed to the extent possible and consistent with sound educational practices so as not to imbalance class size.
