District Coordinators Clause Samples
The 'District Coordinators' clause defines the roles and responsibilities of individuals or entities designated to oversee and manage activities within specific geographic districts. District Coordinators. The District reserves the right to designate the Foreign Language and Music District Coordinators as supervisors. If the District so designates positions to be supervisory, the aforementioned coordinators shall teach no more than two periods.
District Coordinators. The Superintendent or designee has authority to appoint District Coordinators with a stipend of up to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). District Coordinators may be required to participate in Curriculum Leadership meetings at the request of the Superintendent or designee.
District Coordinators. 1. The Board may establish full-time or part-time District Coordinators as it may deems to be in the best interests of the District.
2. The salary for District Coordinator position shall be in accordance with the Certified Staff salary schedule. District Coordinators may be required to work beyond the Certified Staff’s regular one hundred eighty-one (181) days on a per diem basis for days worked beyond the normal Certified Staff contractual year based on the historical 185 per diem rate for the duration of the 2022-2025 Agreement.
3. The position of District Coordinator is an annual appointment by the Superintendent or designee and may be renewed based on the District’s need and/or the evaluation of the Coordinator during the previous year. Results of the Superintendent’s or designee’s evaluation and recommendation to the Board shall be given to the District Coordinator involved prior to the end of the regular school year.
District Coordinators. The purpose of this Section is to set forth the rate of pay and a posting requirement for any positions of District Coordinator which the Board may decide to establish.
1. The salary of the District Driver Training Coordinator, which is presently a part- time position, shall be eight percent (8%) of the Co-Curricular Salary Schedule for 180 days. The position of the Employee on the Salary Schedule shall be determined by the number of years the Employee has held the position of District Driver Training Coordinator. The salary of the District Driver Training Coordinator shall be included in his regular bi-weekly paycheck.
2. The Board may also establish full-time or part-time District Coordinators in any or all of the following areas: • Health Services • Educational Services/Strategic Plan • Language Arts • Mathematics • Music • Learning Media Center • Physical Education • Reading • Science • Social Studies • Student Services • Vocational Education or in whatever other areas or combination thereof it may deem to be in the best interests of the District to establish.
3. The salary for any full-time District Coordinator position shall be in accordance with the Teacher salary schedule. District Coordinators shall be employed and compensated for a minimum of fifteen (15) more days than the Teachers’ regular one hundred eighty-five (185) day contract at their current per diem rate.
4. The position of District Coordinator is an annual appointment by the Superintendent or his/her Designee and may be renewed, based on evaluation of the Coordinator during the previous year. Results of the Superintendent’s or his/her Designee’s evaluation and recommendation to the Board shall be given to the Coordinator involved prior to the end of the regular school year.
5. The position of District Coordinator will be posted when it becomes vacant in accordance with the procedure set forth in the “Posting of Positions” section of Article IV.D.
