Meeting Purpose. The purpose of the meeting was to provide a project update and additional information in preparation of Concurrence Point 3 (CP 3) and Concurrence Point 4A (CP 4A) meetings which are anticipated later in 2023. NCDOT was not seeking concurrence from the Merger Project Team on any of the information shown at the meeting or in the meeting packet. The intent of the presented information was to provide a detailed project overview as well as summarize previous concurrence points and design progress.

  • Meeting Rooms The Union may use meeting rooms of the Employer in its offices for meetings of the unit, provided sufficient advance request for meeting facilities is made to the designated administrator and space is available.

  • Meeting Space The Union may request use of State property to hold meetings. Where feasible, the Employer will provide such space. Such meetings will not interrupt state work and will not involve employees who are working. Such requests will not be unreasonably denied.
