Medical Attention and Hospitalization. The Producer shall provide and pay for transportation to the nearest physician or hospital facility for any Guild Member who requires medical attention during working hours or on Distant Location.
Medical Attention and Hospitalization. Within its capacity, the NFB shall assist in getting safe transportation to the nearest physician or hospital facility for any director/first assistant director who requires medical attention during working hours or on Distant Location.   • Medical Attention 22.1 A seafarer shall be entitled to immediate medical attention when required and to dental treatment of acute pain and emergencies.

  • Orthodontics We Cover orthodontics used to help restore oral structures to health and function and to treat serious medical conditions such as: cleft palate and cleft lip; maxillary/mandibular micrognathia (underdeveloped upper or lower jaw); extreme mandibular prognathism; severe asymmetry (craniofacial anomalies); ankylosis of the temporomandibular joint; and other significant skeletal dysplasias. Procedures include but are not limited to: • Rapid Palatal Expansion (RPE); • Placement of component parts (e.g. brackets, bands); • Interceptive orthodontic treatment; • Comprehensive orthodontic treatment (during which orthodontic appliances are placed for active treatment and periodically adjusted); • Removable appliance therapy; and • Orthodontic retention (removal of appliances, construction and placement of retainers).

  • Medical and Dental If an employee is not actively at work on the initial effective date of coverage due to a reason other than hospitalization or medical disability of the employee or dependent, medical and dental coverage will be effective on the first day of the employee’s return to work. The effective date of a change in coverage is not delayed in the event that, on the date the coverage change would be effective, an employee is on an unpaid leave of absence or layoff.
