ACCESS TO SECURITY LOGS AND REPORTS Upon request, the Contractor shall provide access to security logs and reports to the State or Authorized User in a format as specified in the Authorized User Agreement.
Record Keeping and Reporting 15.01 The Accredited Entity shall ensure that:
Data and Reports The School is consistent in providing information, data, documentation, evindence and reports requested by the Commission pursuant to HRS §302D-17. x Review of submissions.
Recordkeeping and Reporting The Subadvisor shall maintain the records and information required by Rule 31a-1 under the 1940 Act described in Schedule B attached hereto, with respect to the Assets of the Series. In addition, the Subadvisor shall maintain such other records relating to the services the Subadvisor provides under this Agreement as may be required in the future by applicable SEC and other applicable rules, and shall retain such information for such times and in such manner as required by applicable rules, including but not limited to Rule 31a-2 under the 1940 Act. The records maintained by the Subadvisor hereunder shall be the property of the Fund and shall be surrendered promptly upon request; subject, however, to the Subadvisor's right to retain all such records as the Subadvisor is required to maintain under the Advisers Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder; provided, further, that the Fund shall be entitled to make and maintain copies of any records so retained by request.
Use of Name and Reports Without the Advisor’s prior written consent, neither the Company nor any of its affiliates (nor any director, officer, manager, partner, member, employee or agent thereof) shall quote or refer to (i) the Advisor’s name or (ii) any advice rendered by the Advisor to the Company or any communication from the Advisor in connection with performance of their services hereunder, except as required by applicable federal or state law, regulation or securities exchange rule.
RECORDS, INFORMATION AND REPORTS Contractor shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, County shall have free access at all proper times or until the expiration of four (4) years after the furnishing of services to such records, and the right to examine and audit the same and to make transcripts therefrom, and to inspect all data, documents, proceedings, and activities pertaining to this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Contractor shall furnish County such periodic reports as County may request pertaining to the work or services undertaken pursuant to this Agreement. The costs and obligations incurred or to be incurred in connection therewith shall be borne by the Contractor.
ACCESS TO RECORDS AND REPORTS The Contractor must maintain an acceptable cost accounting system. The Contractor agrees to provide the Sponsor, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Comptroller General of the United States or any of their duly authorized representatives access to any books, documents, papers, and records of the contractor which are directly pertinent to the specific contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcriptions. The Contractor agrees to maintain all books, records and reports required under this contract for a period of not less than three years after final payment is made and all pending matters are closed.
Notice and Reports The request for the issuance of a Letter of Credit shall be submitted to the Issuing Lender at least five (5) Business Days prior to the requested date of issuance. The Issuing Lender will promptly upon request provide to the Administrative Agent for dissemination to the Revolving Lenders a detailed report specifying the Letters of Credit which are then issued and outstanding and any activity with respect thereto which may have occurred since the date of any prior report, and including therein, among other things, the account party, the beneficiary, the face amount, expiry date as well as any payments or expirations which may have occurred. The Issuing Lender will further provide to the Administrative Agent promptly upon request copies of the Letters of Credit. The Issuing Lender will provide to the Administrative Agent promptly upon request a summary report of the nature and extent of LOC Obligations then outstanding.
Documenting and Reporting Breaches 6.1 Business Associate shall report to Covered Entity any Breach of Unsecured PHI, including Breaches reported to it by a Subcontractor, as soon as it (or any of its employees or agents) becomes aware of any such Breach, and in no case later than two (2) business days after it (or any of its employees or agents) becomes aware of the Breach, except when a law enforcement official determines that a notification would impede a criminal investigation or cause damage to national security.
Information and Reporting The Adviser shall provide the Trust and its respective officers with such periodic reports concerning the obligations the Adviser has assumed under this Agreement as the Trust may from time to time reasonably request.
